1. Who we are

Nakshatraya connects you to the cosmos through Vedic wisdom, tools and products. The name is derived from the Sanskrit word Nakshatra, meaning lunar constellation. References to "Nakshatraya", "we", "us" or "our" mean the operator of the website, app and products named above. You may reach us through the contact page.

2. Nature of our content

Panchang timings, Rashifal, Kundli readings, Vastu guidance, vrat calendars and related content follow traditional Vedic and astrological conventions and are offered for guidance, information and devotion. They are provided without any guarantee of specific outcomes. Our content is not medical, legal, financial or investment advice. Please use your own judgement and consult an appropriate professional before making important decisions.

3. Your account

• If a service requires an account, you provide accurate details such as your name, birth date, birth time and birth place where you choose to personalise results.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
• Do not share your account or use it on behalf of another person without permission.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required by your local law, to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our content, images or Panchang data.
• Do not interfere with the services, attempt unauthorised access or upload malicious code.
• Do not misuse the Pandit booking service, including submitting false requests or details.

5. Purchases and orders

The Nakshatraya Panchang Watch and any paid services or bookings are offered subject to availability. Prices, shipping and warranty details are shown at the time of purchase or booking. Orders are confirmed once we accept them, and we may cancel an order and refund the amount if an item is unavailable. Personalised calculations on the Panchang Watch depend on the birth details you provide, so please enter them correctly.

6. Pandit and ritual bookings

• Bookings are confirmed after a Pandit accepts your request and any required details are shared.
• Respect the muhurat, venue and materials agreed for the ritual; changes may need advance notice.
• Fees paid for completed rituals are generally non-refundable; cancellations before confirmation are refunded where payment has already been taken.

7. Intellectual property

The Nakshatraya name, logo, watch design, website content, generated imagery, calculations and app features are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to us. Traditional mantras, stotras and Vedic texts themselves belong to the heritage of the tradition; our presentation, translations, commentary and software remain ours. You may view and share links to our pages, but reproduction of substantial parts requires our written permission.

8. Privacy

Our handling of location, diagnostics and the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Panchang timings, Rashifal and eclipse information accurate, but astronomical data, calculation styles and server availability can change without notice. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, content or products at any time. Third-party app stores may also manage app availability under their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nakshatraya is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the services, including decisions you make based on astrological or Panchang guidance. Our total liability for direct loss connected to paid products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or subscription giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in India, unless a consumer protection law in your area grants you a different forum.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services and products evolve. When we do, we will revise the last updated date above. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms. Please review this page periodically.
